Bryan Raughley, CFPS
Managing Partner
Bryan leads the full range of SafeTask™ services. Bryan specializes in evaluating and implementing safety management systems. His expertise has helped numerous companies gain control of safety, reduce injury rates, and recover from bad accidents. Bryan has 21 years of experience and was formerly a VP of Risk Control for an insurance broker, a safety engineer, and a Firefighter/EMT.
Steve Pomponi, CSP
Managing Partner
Steve leads the full range of SafeTask™ and CSM Risk Control services for industrial and insurance clients. Steve specializes in risk assessment and safety management systems. He has 24 years of experience and was formerly a corporate risk manager, safety manager and risk control manager. Steve is an active EMT with a volunteer fire company.
Ed Basinger
Sr. Consultant, Safety & Education
Ed assists clients with mastering safety margins for work tasks and advises executives and operations managers about safety leadership. Ed has technical expertise in safety management, industrial safety, and process safety management. Ed brings corporate and plant-level experience to our clients. Ed was formerly a Global Safety Leader for Dow Corning, spent 30 years in safety management with Allied Chemical, and served in Vietnam.
John Buchanan
Consultant, Safety & Education
John assists clients with mastering safety margins for work tasks in industrial environments. He also advises operations managers and safety coordinators about safety management. John has technical expertise in safety management, industrial safety, and plant supervision. John brings 30 years of experience to our clients in plant-level safety and production from Alcoa. John is also a former U.S. Navy aviator.
Joe Rampey
Consultant, Safety & Risk Control
Joe provides CSM Risk Control services to our clients, as well as fire safety, hazardous materials and confined space entry consulting and education. Joe brings over 25 years of experience to our clients. Joe is a career Firefighter/EMT/Hazmat Tech. He was formerly an industrial chemist for 15 years.
John Kimball
Sr. Consultant, Safety & Education
John provides CSM Risk Control services to our clients, as well as fire protection, hazardous materials, and emergency consulting and education. John has 37 years of experience in industrial safety & emergency management. Prior to his safety career, John was a Battalion Chief with the Fairfax County Fire & Rescue Department and led the HAZMAT team and technical rescue team.
Andrew Ansley
Consultant, Safety & Risk Control
Andrew provides CSM Risk Control Services to our clients, as well as emergency planning and hazardous materials consulting and education. Andrew brings 18 years of experience in fire and general safety. Andrew is a career Fire Captain/EMT/Hazmat Tech and previously worked in safety and loss prevention for Carowinds. 
Jennifer Raughley
Meetings & Client Services
Jen manages the meeting and hospitality logistics. She also keeps the instructors organized and conducts back office functions. Jen brings ten years of meeting planning experience from a trade association.

Editor
Joy is an English teacher and magazine editor who conducts quality assurance for our reports and work products. |
